Rooster's BBQ has been a Bolivar lunch stop since 2014. Regulars talk about friendly service, loaded plates, and prices that leave you full without draining your wallet.
The menu is built around sandwiches, loaded nachos and salads, baked potatoes, and a three-meat platter with pulled pork, pulled chicken, and smoked ham. Pick your toppings and sauce at the counter.
Most days we are lunch only. Friday we stay open for supper, and ribs are a popular special when they are on the board. Follow us on Facebook for weekly specials.
